Bookers must be aged 21 or above. Pictured-IDs of all guests will be requested at check-in.
Bookers must ensure the information provided for booking, such as number of people/pet, stay dates, credit card etc, are accurate and up-to-date. In the event we are unable to provide the desired or alternate accommodation owing to incomplete information provided, the original booking shall deem late-cancelation and subject to a cancellation fee.
For telephone booking, booker may provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation. In case of no credit card provided, we will try our best to reserve the room but unable to guarantee the availability at the time of check-in.
Motel will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee the reservations. Usually no more than the cost of the first night accommodation plus tax.
For bookings of more than 3 rooms under one name (or one credit card) in the same period of stay, it is deemed as a GROUP BOOKING and the motel reserves the rights to revise the cancellation terms, such as the deadline of free cancellation.
Motel management reserves the right to reject any booking within 24 hours of booking entering the system.
Bookings made on online travel agents may have different terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions will be observed first if they are already stated during booking.
Except for non-cancelable / non-refundable bookings, general bookings will be given a free cancellation deadline. Guests can modify or cancel their bookings before this date. In general, the free cancellation is 2 days before check in date and the cut-off time is 6pm local time.
Unless otherwise stated, late cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's rental. Late cancellation means the cancellation notice arrives later the free cancellation deadline.
Late cancellation after 6pm on check-in date is considered NO-NOTICE. NO-NOTICE or NO SHOW is subject to full cost of stay.
Earlier termination of stay must be notified at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancelation policies for Special Groups (such as wedding) and promotions may vary. Some special prices or group rates may be more restrictive in cancelation, or even non-cancelable and non-refundable. We may request, at our discretion, the booking of 3 or more rooms under one name to re-confirm the booking with a revised cancellation policy.
All pets must be registered at check-in, and pay applicable charges.
We have limited and designated rooms to accommodate pets. Guests should notify us the need of a “pet” room when making reservation. We may be unable to satisfy a last-minute request of pet to check in.
Owners must ensure their pets are well-behaved, leashed or caged in all motel area, and make no disturbance / threat to other motel guests.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up waste matters; and be responsible for compensating damages made by pets.
Pet charge is applicable based on current rate card.
Bring in pet(s) without informing the motel is subject to 200% of the applicable pet charge.
Bring in pet(s) into a "no pet" room is subject to $200 cleaning fee plus 200% of the applicable pet charge.
Service animals enjoy 50% off the pet charge with a maximum of $30 per stay. Appropriate certificates must be provided. Emotional-support animal(s) are not included.
No smoking of any form inside all guest rooms, entire upper floor deck (including stairs) and indoor, and areas with no-smoking notice posted.
Smoking tobacco, e-cigarette or similar is allowed on open area on ground floor of the motel. Keep at least two-arm length from any guest room doors. Avoid smoking in front of other guest’s rooms. Disposed of cigarette buds at designated places.
Smoking marijuana or cannabis products are NOT allowed on the motel property.
The act of smoking, holding a lighted cigarette, or cigarette buds / ashes found inside the guest rooms are considered SMOKING.
SMOKING in prohibited areas is subject to $200 penalty, and/or immediate termination of accommodation service.
Registered guest shall be responsible for his/her room-mates’ compliance to this SMOKING POLICY.
Chase Country Inn Motel, Chase Country Inn Ltd and its management are not liable to injury to persons, and loss or damage of goods, property or vehicle brought to this property. Hotel Keepers Act, section 3

No visitor after 11pm. All guests staying after 11pm must be registered and pay extra charge.
Lost & Found shall be kept for 4 weeks after check-out. Perishable or opened food / beverage will be disposed of immediately after check-out. We do not hold any responsibility for the conditions of the Lost & Found when returned.
