[updated October 17th, 2022] Our breakfast has received tremendous "likes" this summer.  We decided to extend the breakfast to October 23rd (for guests checking in or staying here on October 22nd).  This is also echoing the late arrival of Sockeye Salmons and more tourists wanting to come to see this once-every-4-years magnificent event of the nature.  Book your room now.

[Published on May 7th, 2022] Our guests will enjoy complimentary breakfast for bookings from May 20th to October 16th. 2022.   Breakfast period is extended by one week as there will be a once-every-4-year BIG Salmon Run in 2022.

The Highway-1 in Chase is undergoing an upgrade construction.  Our landscape along the Highway-1 has been inevitably affected by the construction.  Part of our lawn area has been removed.  Gazebo is also removed permanently.  The cedar trees are still standing there to block off the noise and dusts.  We hope the landscape can be recovered, or redesigned after the construction is completed. 

Moreover, the highway exit at Coburn Street is closed most of the time.  Guests may enter Chase from the exit at the east when the church is located, or a new exit at the west of Chase.  Both exits will connect to the Shuswap Avenue, and come to our motel at Coburn Street.  Feel free to ask us for detail directions.
